Hello,

I have a threat mill that doesn’t work, decline motor works, no power on the motor, think MC2000 is defect.

Leds that are on: Ld1 15V

On HD5 the 5V power is not correct, only 3,6V at 0km/h, When I speed up to 3.6km , it drops tot 3.3V. The voltage on the white wire is then 0,9V

HV led is in both situation off.


When I connect 5V DC and 0-5V DC on connector HD4, then LD1flickers, LD2 HV goes on, LD4 Gate stays off, motor is dead. (motor works on 24 V DC)

Can anyone help me with the circuit diagram of this controller? Any suggestion what component(s) do you think is defect?

Assume you mean TreadMill?
I have posted a few PDF on the MC-2100 before, but not sure what the differences are.
That is odd that the motor is 24vdc as generally they are 90vdc?
Can you post a pic of the controller?

The motor is a DC 200VDC version, mc2000 is different from the mc2100.
