hello all
so i've got this proform 360p of my father than suddenly stopped working. he forgot on for few hours (without running of course) and then the next time the belt and motor stopped to spin... since now i've check:

motor: is ok i can supply from external voltage and is ok
thermal switch: continuity is ok
speed sensor: is ok, with continuity is OL and bip once manually spinning the magnet is crossing the sensor.

i check both boards (psu board and motor controller board) and i check these led error

on psu board LED on are: the 220v Led and 9+ Led, the PWM led is flashing if i start the running from the console. TACH is always off (i didn't check if manually spinning it but with the multimeter is fine)

on motor controller board (mc2000-es) i have 15v Led on, PWM led blinking when i press start and GATE is always OFF (consequentially HV BUSS Led is always off too)

from a kind of service paper inside this mistakes is filed as " replace controller board " not very helpful but at least it points me to the board only. i uploaded here both page scanned, maybe can help someone else in the future

i check capacitors. resistors, transistor, scr, diode and almost everything especially the mosfet power and everything seems ok (i disconnected some of them from the board to check properly)

what could it be? it seems a common problem but i'm not a real technician, at all (i just repair my synths and that's all) but my dad asked me this flavour and i'm into

tnx

hey Max, thanks for the reply. i already check em all, the two diode D8020L in the board, is just a diode test and they passed, other two SCR S8020L, i disconnected and they both seems ok, same value in both position of the multimeter. the first big diode as well in the board is ok, the IRFP32N50K i detouched from the board and check, even activated with a 9 volts battery and seems ok.. perhaps i will probably buy a new one and substitue cause i think it's the one with more probability to be the culprit. but same no shorts, no OL when not needed... seems all ok. i will recheck maybe
