I would prefer you follow the initial charge current of less than 2.1A. If the battery is over five years old, I would just replace it.

Did you repair that circuit board?

I have replaced 2 mosfets with new ones. The third should be good. Have checked all basic diodes, all bipollar transistors and the optocoupler. Have rebuilt the tracks.

I tought first we to see the battery status like you said. Can i build basic charger just for this battery?

The 15 volt secondaries are out of phase. The rectifer circuit if a full wave.

Have you looked into inexpesive chrgers before you decided to build?

I gave the battery to one guy to charge it and my charge from Ali is here too. When i connect the battery to mine charger(which is in wall) i see Green Led -> It should be charged.

With connected battery and Switch in position "1" on the UPS i see only one of the LEDs of the UPS light.

When power the UPS in the wall the same and i see 235V on the Output of the UPS.

edit
Haven`t tried to see if the battery can power something if the UPS is not in the wall

About the one LED which does light it says "accumulator" the second and third are UPS and electrical network

Have you tested the battery or batteries independent of the UPS?

Do you have any questions after you read BattrBa University?

What is model number and make of your UPS. Do you have the user manual?

If your calling the LEDs (red, green, and yellow) diodes, what does the front panel call them?

Then pose your question using those names.

Here is the user guide ....

I can't tell if there is a troubleshooting section or a section that explains those LEDs.

This is all I know from the manufacturer's website......

Uninterruptible power supply type NPS-106

Uninterruptible Power Supply Type NPS-106 serves to maintain a 220V supply network to supply a circulator pump to local heating installations when the mains supply fails.
The NPV-106 has the following parameters:

  • output voltage - 220 V
  • output power - 100 W
  • battery (internal) - 12V / 7.2Ah
  • charged battery current -max. 3.5 A
The NPS-106 allows an external battery to be charged and automatically charged and maintained. It is also suitable for wall mounting.

One edit ... added an english translation from google.
