With both "hier" and "foos", the dog knows to continue to watch the perp and reengage in the case of an escape attempt.

The dog was the smartest one there. I could look in that guy's eyes on video and tell he was gonna rabbit the instant he saw a possible exit. I hope none of those cops get themselves killed by some real hardass.

They can't have savings or large amounts of personal assets, so the money is given to the SNT that 'gives' money to the disabled persons as needs arise. IMO, many are money making scams connected to the lawyers handling medical malpractice/harm/disability claims. The people who cheated the disabled here need a blow-torch and hammer lesson about life.

I agree completely. The horrible Karma is that Russia is a terrorist country, committing the same in effect acts on civilians in Ukraine.

We even warned them (under the duty to inform) about Islamic Terrorism attacks at those types of places , the Russians blew it off as BS.
