Monterrey is special in many ways. As compared with most cities in Mexico, Monterrey has higher quality education, medical services, and infrastructure. It is geographically close to the United States, and has a vigorous industrial sector. Some of the biggest companies in the country are based here; this translates into a higher per-capita income and better job opportunities.

Time to purchase a house it seems. What is the average 4 bed 2 bath home go for?

Oh trust me ... you don't wanna be here for retirement purposes. Real estate is crazy expensive. If you're looking for an affordable paradise, have a look at Los Barriles, in Baja California Sur ... it's filled with retired (and mostly well behaved) gringos that love the place.

WILMINGTON, Delaware, Sept 20 (Reuters) - A legal team that forced Tesla's (TSLA.O) directors to agree in July to return more than $700 million in compensation to the automaker for allegedly overpaying themselves are now seeking a huge payday of their own.

The lawyers want a judge to approve $229 million in fees, or $10,690 an hour, according to a Sept. 8 filing in Delaware's Court of Chancery.
