Be careful with all this time at home. Don't let the tombstone read: “Here lies Florida Man. He survived the pandemic but he stood on a chair.”

Sheltering will indeed have unintended consequences, some good, some not. It should spare some from regular flu and the reduced travel should spare a few lives. But the increase in domestic disputes could kill more than a few.

At least the to-do and honey-do lists should get shorter. There is always Amazon since trips to the hardware store are out. The lumberyard though... Maybe they will deliver... I just need to find a use for all those Amazon boxes!

And the people stayed home,
and read books and listened, and rested and exercised,
and made art and played games,
and learned new ways of being and were still,
and listened more deeply.

Some meditated, some prayed, some danced.
Some met their shadows.
And the people began to think differently,
and the people healed.
And, in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous, mindless and heartless ways the earth began to heal.

And when the danger passed, and the people joined together again,
they grieved their losses, and made new choices,
and dreamed new images,
and created new ways to live and heal the earth fully,
as they had been healed.

Anyone else not like any new Star Trek, Star Wars ? They wrecked it on purpose, and the funny thing is, the rich investors, and corp. officers, don't know enough about ST/SW, to even notice, or realize, they are losing money, because a bunch of ??? are writing crap, barely anyone likes.
