LOL that's why they had to change the label on Coke Zero, it DOES contain caffeine, unlike the VERY common misperception of it's name. They changed the sugar substitute in Zero and it's taste profile to give Zero a more like regular Coke flavor with ZERO calories and kept all the good caffeine it's known for.

 

All soft drinks are over rated, I stopped drinking them all together when I was 24. Artificial sugar or sugar substitutes have a strange after taste that I could never handle. No candy, No soft drinks, occasionally a piece of pie. The last one I had was 2 years ago. Otherwise, carbs come by bread or pasta, red meat twice a week, then it's fish, chicken or turkey. Plenty of veggies. I mix it up with some potatoes or rice.

It won't keep me from having dementia, or other stuff old people get. I just hope to keep moving actively and pursue my projects with vigor till I die.
