You have the correct Thevenin's Equivalent resistance.

Your value for the Thevenin's Equivalent voltage is not correct but it appears to be that you have miscalculated since your equation is correct.

Connect load across terminals A and B, and use voltage divider you get
VRL=RL/(RL+RTH) * Vth

To find Norton's equivalent, refer to the first circuit and short terminals A & B. Use Mesh Current Analysis. Calculate the current flowing through the terminals A & B that will be In.
Rn will be equals to Rth.
Draw the Norton equivalent circuit, connect load to terminals A & B and use current divider to find the current across the load (IL)
