Thevenin's theorem QUESTION any help?

Convert each power source and series R into norton equivalent,
that will result in two current sources in parallel, and 3 Rs in parallel,
and reduce to one current source and one R or Norton that back to one
V source and one R. Using Thev and Norton transformations.
