the supply is coming from a transformer of +15V
ckt is useful for thermocouple...
Vref+ is positive analog voltage of ADC
OPAMP is used in power supply ckt...and it has an input going to the non invrting terminal from this ckt
Just help me analyse what will the flow of circuit be...

Your schematic is difficult to read. There is not much difference between crossed wires and intersected wires.

one end is connected to +15v supply coming from transformer and the other end is connected to emitter of a PNP transistor...

Id like to show you...but the circuit is so big...that if i upload it the components and theirs values wont be visible at alll.....i tried uploading once....dint workk
