Notice an even more important thing, which is that by keeping the sensor current constant the output versus temperature becomes linear,
Unfortunately, the circuit I posted does not do that.
The bridge side with the thermistor goes directly to ground so its current is unaffected by the op amp voltage.

But keeping the current constant is a good idea as then the output is a linear function of the thermistor resistance, unlike a standard bridge.
That would occur if you put the thermistor in place of the feedback resistor.

Below is the sim of that and the output does seem to be more linear.
