You have no first amendment right to publish baseless allegations about another human being. This is called libel, and is criminalized in civilized societies.
And like the one resistor vs voltage divider question, your wrong again. ----
"In United States law, public figure is a term applied in the context of defamation actions (libel and slander) as well as invasion of privacy. A public figure (such as a politician, celebrity, or business leader) cannot base a lawsuit on incorrect harmful statements unless there is proof that the writer or publisher acted with actual malice (knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth).[1] The burden of proof in defamation actions is higher in the case of a public figure.

The controlling precedent in the United States was set in 1964 by the United States Supreme Court in New York Times Co. v. Sullivan. It is considered a key decision in supporting the First Amendment and freedom of the press.

A fairly high threshold of public activity is necessary to elevate people to public figure status. Typically, they must either be:

  • a public figure, either a public official or any other person pervasively involved in public affairs, or
  • a limited purpose public figure, meaning those who have "thrust themselves to the forefront of particular public controversies in order to influence the resolution of the issues involved." A "particularized determination" is required to decide whether a person is a limited purpose public figure, which can be variously interpreted"

JoeyD you may as well give up trying to bully me. I lived the first 20 years and 4 months of my life with a bigoted bully. He would make you look like Mr. Rogers. All the beatings and psychological hell he put me through in those years is way more than a small minded online bully can do to me, sorry.

Proud to be on your list!!!!! Just means I'll be able to give answers to your BS that every one but you will see.

This was just about the ultimate test for armed civilian carry in a tense active shooter situation. All persons concerned passed with flying colors. The good guys with guns obeyed the law, the bad guy didn't and was killed. It is legal in Texas to openly carry rifles and has been for decades so the police are not shocked to see people with guns.
"It is really simple to tell a good guy from a bad guy," Briscoe said. "If the police officer comes on the situation and he says: 'Police, put the gun down,' the good guy does. The bad guy probably continues doing what he was doing, or turns on the police officer."

"If you can't identify a threat, you shouldn't be wearing a uniform," he said.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton told MSNBC on Saturday afternoon that he rejects concerns about Texas' open carry laws.

"It's designed to protect law-abiding citizens," Paxton said. "It's working just fine."

From that article:

Secrecy is the keystone to all tyranny. Not force, but secrecy and censorship. When any government or church for that matter, undertakes to say to its subjects, “This you may not read, this you must not know,” the end result is tyranny and oppression, no matter how holy the motives.

I couldn't have said it better myself... that's a concept long well understood by China and North Korea
