Yes. Literally. The FBI cut out a section of film and attached it backwards so the president's head seemed to lurch in the opposite direction from reality. It's history. I'm sure you can find it on the Interwebs.

The fact that the FBI intentionally altered the film says a lot because there is no reason an honest investigator would even think about distorting the evidence.

All that crap was about prints from the original that got mixed in a Magazine. There is absolutely nothing credible about the FBI intentionally altered the film (copies or the original), period.

Given the DNC connection, I'm surprised that no one has proposed that a test be placed in newspaper editorials so that some be classified as campaign donations.
