the value of this Inductor!

Dears.
I assume this component is an inductor as it is labeled with "L2", but what is the value of it?
it got only one brand coding "black".

It may indeed be a zero ohm jumper, and the L2 designation of the location could be for other variations of the design using the same board. I see that a lot. Often, in cheap switcher power supplies there will be runners to allow multi section mains filtering but the chokes will be replaced with jumper wires.
If the TS can get hold of a meter that can measure the resistance of low value resistors then they can measure and know.

Yeah, my guess would be a simple jumper.

The "L2" designator may have been a prior design revision where a real inductor was planned but, in post-production and field tests, a simple jumper was considered good enough. It happens quite often.

Thank you all for the help. After considering your answers and looking at the circuit again, yes it i most likely only a jumper wire.
The circuit got 4 of them L1 to L4.
Im new to electronics and your help is highly appreciated
