When I find a current in a delta connected load the answer I get is 28.41 <angle 110.92...while the answer in text is 28.41<angle -69.07

R both the answers same or different.

 

Your answer is 180° out of phase with the correct answer.

 

As evidence of sgtwookie's correct assessment, if you add the phase of the correct answer to the value you have calculated you will get 180 degrees.
