any MOSFET is controlled by Voltage on Gate, but the Gate hase quite a capacity.
If you do not want to switch fast or switch very often you can ignore the capacity,
but to switch fast you need quite some current to change the voltage on gate fast.
Therefor one would use a Gatedriver with 0.5 to 3 Amps current capability.
The gate voltage should rise from off state (-5 V ...0 V) fast to on state (5 .. 12V)
to avoid a half on state which leads to switching loss within the MOSFET.
All of the parameter in the table above are related to fast switching.
The input, output, and reverse transfer capacitance are related to the AC operation of the MOSFET in the linear mode.
The rest of the parameters are related to its operation as a fast switch.
