Thanks for those who commented on my previous post. Really appreciate your opinions.
I have another concern about the buzzer. The buzzer keeps sounding in a long time during testing the PCB and we unable to find root cause for this issue. This part is inserted with correct polarity and its coil resistance also still in specification.

I would like to know is there any possibility this error occur? Any suggestion the method to check the functionality of this part?

The fault lies not with the part, but with the system driving the part.

Measure the voltage over the beeper while it's operating.
