It was actually posted on a site about safety: Always wear eye protection!
Ohhhhh myyyy Godddd, that's got to be one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time.

"The most important thing to do is wear eye protection" :)

This could be used in another educational documentary: "For safety's sake, make sure to hold the soldering iron the right way as pictured in the diagram. Make sure it is up to temperature first." (ha ha).

Things just keep getting stupider all over.

No offense to sports fans here ... but that's exactly the way I see unconditional fans when they say they're supporting "their" teams when they constantly buy stuff like jerseys and promotional merchandise ... They pay so that they can advertise someone else's products!
I see nothing wrong with that.

The point of buying sports paraphernalia is to support your team both financially and symbolically.

Unless it's a bootleg product, then the team gets no revenue from the sale.

The point is better made when people buy stuff with the logo of the manufacture plastered on it.

You've just proved my point. How is the team "yours" ? ... do you somehow profit from it?, do you have a say in how it's managed? ... I guess one could argue that one's paying for entertainment. But honestly, I see it as a way of exploiting people's tribal instincts. OTH, no one's forcing anyone to join or pay for the experience itself ... this could be a long discussion ...

No, it's not going to be a long discussion because you went right away to using a semantic argument when taking the term "your" as literal.

I have no desire to spend energy defending against such nonsense.
