Exercise for People over 60

Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side.
With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
Each day you will find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to a 10-lb potato bags. Then try 50-lb potato bags and eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute. (I’m at his level)

After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.

This is the Jokes Thread, right?
Here's one of my favorites:
Use crutches for 20 years and hand a square foot of 1" steel plate to the guy next to you like it's and empty tin can.:D
Hint: It weighs more than 2 bowling balls.

This was on a number of signs poked into the grass at a "Jazz in the Park" event:

NO ALCOHOL
3.2 BEER OK
NO GLASS
NO MARIJUANA

3.2 = Low rating

Max.

Some states limit the alcohol content in beer to 3.2. It used to be Ohio allowed 18 year olds to drink 3.2 beer. Kids from the Pittsburgh area would drive to nearby Steubenville, get drunk on 3.2 then try to drive back, get into an auto accident on the way back. This was happening in a number of states across the country till they finally wised up and all of the states made their drinking age 21 regardless of alcohol content .

3.2 beer has a low percentage of alcohol content. Sort of like flavored water. ;)
Some would even argue that 3.2 beer is not alcohol. Maybe that explains the wording of the sign. :D
Now I remember... worst headaches I've ever had, since all it does is it "depresses" your system, with no buzz involved!
