Hey, hey!
Probably some of You may explain the gate driver IXD630 (https://www.ixysic.com/home/pdfs.nsf/www/IXD_630.pdf/$file/IXD_630.pdf) appropriatness to one of my projects have to applicate it to 3 MHz meander power booster based on DE375.
In the datasheet is said the 20 nsec the risetime and falltime, and 65 nsec for on-off delaytime and the same for off-on delaytime.
Even to take the dalay in (what rather more probable may be omitted for regular oscillation) then 20+20+65+65=170 nsec or 5.88 MHz however in that datasheet all the frequency-bound graphs are ending with 1 MHz and nothing above. May I read it between the raws that 1...6 MHz range is kind of forbidden area? Or what wrong will happen applying it to 3 MHz??
