I bought a sound card that needs external power, but it didn't came with it. I can't find the right one on the current marked and i don't want to burn it with the wrong one (of course)

On the back it says 9-18V DC, 5W. How to achieve 5w?

It's something like 10V*500mA? What will happen if i have let say 9V and 600mA adapter?

The sound card (load) will only draw as much current from the source as it needs. Just as an example 5 watts @ 12 Volts is just under 0.5 amp so just find a simple 12 Volt 1.0 Amp supply and it should work fine. Just mind the polarity. A picture of the power connection of the amplifier would help? Here is an example of a 12 VDC 2.0 Amp wall wart on Amazon.

Nice feature about units like you linked to is the variety of adapters included and that polarity is easily set. Long as you have 12 VDC and sufficient current. The Power, in your case 5 Watts is the sum of the Voltage * Current so P = V * I and to solve for example current it would be P / V.
