What is a TFET? If compared with an average CMOS, what would the average TFET's:

1) Leakage Current
2) Rise Time
3) Switching Voltage
4) Heat Dissipation

Be? Also if you are working off of a specific product, please post the name and company.

Thank you!

So what are YOU going to do as far as doing your homework? Just submit someone else's answers as your own?

Have you even tried to find out any information (other than by asking strangers to do your research for you)?

Sorry, for my outburst, I quote any answers that are not my own. Yes, you would end up on my paper as a source :)

My attempts so far have been slim. I still do not grasp all the terminology, making it difficult for me to find what I am looking for. Yes, my username probably betrays me...

So far I've found this:
https://blogs.intel.com/technology/2014/01/sneak-peek-chips-future/
https://nanohub.org/resources/18351/download/NikonovBeyondCMOS_4_TFET.pdf
http://www.mos-ak.org/india/presentations/Ramgopal_Rao_MOS-AK_India12.pdf
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunnel_field-effect_transistor
The Summary Being:

What is a TFET? - TFET: Tunnel Field Effect Transmitter, used in low energy electronics because of its ability to lower leakage current significantly (Wiki).

TFETs could also achieve a smaller size than CMOS. At 16nm vs. CMOS 22nm (Intel). Though I've heard creating smaller chips may risk quality and quantity due to the fragility of chips - due to current manufacturing processes not built to create processor that small.

If compared with an average CMOS, what would the average TFET's:

1) Leakage Current: 0.5 nW (nanohub - pg 3)
2) Rise Time: 0.07 dV? (mos-ak - pg15)
3) Switching Voltage: 0.3 fJ (nanohub - pg 3)
4) Heat Dissipation: I don't know how to read this one (mos-ak - pg 12)

Does this data look right? Thank you for the help. It means a lot!
