I have taken out a pcb from broken remote car. I would like to know whether I can use the same board for making a new RC Car. I would like to verify whether the board is working or not. Can someone guide how this pcb board can be tested without the transmitter?

 

You need to know what the chip is to see how it functions.

 

You need to know the radio frequency used by the transmitter and receiver.
My RC airplanes radio system has the transmitter selecting one vacant frequency out of 256 frequencies and a code is set with the receiver so that 256 airplanes can fly nearby with no interference between them. The same radio system is used by the manufacturer for model cars, boats, airplanes, helicopters and drones.
