Tesla Coil Not Working. Transistor Getting Extremely Hot

The two coils are so far apart that they have no coupling.

Cheap batteries might be many years old. Measure its voltage when it is powering the circuit.

When the two coils are far apart then there is no coupling for the circuit to oscillate.
When you tried the circuit and the transistor got hot then all the battery power was used to heat the transistor then the battery is finished. Measure the battery voltage when it powers the circuit.

Make the 3 turns coil neat and over the top of the many turns coil.
Maybe your transistor was destroyed by heat or maybe the transistor was destroyed because the important LED was missing so replace the transistor and add the LED.
Replace the battery. Measure its voltage when it powers the circuit. Replace the battery again when its voltage drops below 7V.
After only a moment to avoid heating if it does not work then reverse the two wires on the 3 turns coil.

But Do You have any other circuit diagram of tesla coil with capacitors ?

The LED in the Slayer exciter is not optional, it is part of the oscillator circuit!

Look up the Slayer exciter and follow the circuit EXACTLY. And, even then, your 2N2222 will get very hot if it is working correctly.

Edit: You also need a large piece of metal connected to the top if the secondary. This makes a capacitor to ground which is also an essential part of the circuit.
