Hi can anybody tell me i've workout a resistor value but how do i work out the wattage of a resistor / size i'am trying to replace a 10.00ohms resistor but the size of the the resistor is puzzling me ?? it's approximately 15mm long and 5mm in diameter can any one in enlighten me please.

 

I am going say it is more than ½W and less than 5W.
I am going to guess 3W.

Both pages tell me that 15 X 5 mm is an 2 Watts resistor.
