Technics SU-V4 turns on but no audio output

That's the +/- 16V supply regulators, something is tsking too much current.
Do you think they broke by the overload of current?
Could it be that the power supply is faulty? And if something is shorted how could I check, by looking everything seems fine
Maybe I should give up

You need to disconnect the 16V supplies to the outputs, and measure it, then reconnect each stage one at a time to see what is pulling it down.

Do you have a voltmeter? If so, measure the voltages at the emitter of Q401 and Q402 in reference to chassis ground. Leave the unit on only as long as necessary to make the measurements.
