TB6600 stepper driver -- isolated 5 volts and 24 volts, should they all ground together?

Hi i am new to this forum but saw posting about TB6600 stepper driver i cant get motors so run and looking at schematic all the power supplies seem to be at the same ground and i have isolated 5 volts and 24 volts stepper power supplies ... should they all ground together?
Grateful for any help
