hi all..I'm doing my final project that require a circuit that will announce the rules during examination hall.i was found the way that using speak jet,but unfortunately, the device cannot found at my place. so i hope that someone can give me hints for another alternatives that can be doing instead of using speak jet..thanks all..

 

Are you talking about a few brief sentences, or long droning paragraphs . Winbond also has voice recording chips.

Sounds like a tape recorder would work.
