I have developed an ECG Sugnal conditioning circuit and got the digital output using a PIC18F4550. I also have a PCG (phonocardiogram) signal which is used to measure heart sounds. I am getting this PCG signal through an electronic stethoscope. I can directly connect the stethoscope s output to the audio jack in the PC. Now I have to synchronise both the ECg and PCG signals and display it in my PC. Synchronise in the sense , at time t=0 both ECG and PCG should start and the begining of the next pulse at t=5(say) both should again start and so on... Kindly provide me with the synchronisation crcuit. I would be very grateful because this is kind of urgent....

Are you sure you need synchronisation? I think that the ECG and PCG signals should be synchronised, if there is no huge delay between them.
