Hi ,

i am implemented Switching circuit for 50V@10A .and i am controlling on and off by micro controller.but i am getting 50V@2A maximum.
and let me know what should i change in below attached circuit to get 50v@10A.

When switch is on what is Vload ? What is Vgate switch on ? Sounds like the switch is not getting
turned on hard enough to produce Rdson.

With your voltage divider in the gate/source, you are applying ~-36v as the Vgs when turned on. The absolute maximum is -20V

The absolute Vce is 40v. When off there is 50V between collector and emitter.
They might survive, but they are over their maximums.
