I used separate adapter for relay board , i can't see the problem any more but i a afraid that this is a twisted solution. i want to face the problem. if i use the same supply with two regulators Will that have the same effect of two separate power supplies?

I suggested this trial to confirm if it was possibly coming in from the power source.
I would see if you can place some suppression before the regulator, also a common mode choke or filter on the AC input, often these filters can be salvaged off of an old PC P.S. where they have been used on the AC input socket.
Max.

the problem back again. it doesn't disappear even with separated ps
I used Psu of computer , i think it's switchedmode, but in vain.

I tried the battery for MCU board and power supply for relay board the problem still exist. I tried the battery for the whole system but it get empty after an hout so i can't judge it but i noticed that the lcd light is constant with battery ,but with power supply the light was faint with switching relay
