Switch For 200khz, 600w, 2% Duty

Colleagues,

Relatively new to the vast field of power electronics here. I need to design a switch that will connect a 200kHz signal with 600W 2% duty power (12W average) to a load resistor. The switch will connect the resistor for a 100us at most. The initial signal comes from the unbalanced source to a hand-wound balun, so the voltages are flexible.

Could you point me to some topologies for such switch?
