Technology has been improved too much for lighting needs ,we need more lights for crazy stuffs ( I like them offcourse) like ads,billboards etc ... but still for home lighting is needed much, in this era we are trying to power our device with low voltage (in proper areas) and also with low power consumption the answer is LED lighting.LED's can also produce day light, give it a try.
