Need suggestions for Hi/Lo side Mosfet H-bridge drivers, I have used the IR range in the past and some appear to becoming obsolete,?
Others such as the Microchip appear high in price, need something current that is reasonably priced and low parts count, preferably.

Some of the Microchip ones (and probably others as well) have some fancy control circuitry "adaptive dead time" that switches on the bottom device just as the current starts to flow though its reverse diode, so you always get zero-voltage switching.
On-Semi has a good range (inherited from Fairchild) - up to 6A drive current and suitable for 500V bus voltage.
Do you need one control input or separate Hi and Lo?
