Hi all,

I am looking for a book which treath RF circuit design, as AM and FM transreceivers, mixers etc.

I looked at the table of contents of "RF Microelectronics 2nd edition" by Razavi, and it seems to be the kind of book I am looking for, but I would like to have some suggestions from you, maybe there are better books, I don't know..

Consider I am studying Telecommunication Engineering.

Thank you in advance.

You might also find "The Radio Amateurs Handbook" interesting reading.
Especially some of the older editions like from 2000 and earlier, lots of good theory and information.
Some editions are available on-line as .pdf but you have to search for them and the file's are big (not for dial-up) .

I have the ARRL Handbook 2011. I think it's a good book, but it's an handbook, with a lot of theory but not detailed in depth, I think.

Beyond this and the ARRL handbook , I'm afraid your going to have to explain a bit better as to what your looking for .
You are right. The ARRL is a fantastic book rich of useful contents. However, the book by Razavi is not an handbook but it covers the contents with a more theoretical perspective.
