hi folks,I'm having some trouble trying to find replacement part for a german made soldering iron base(ersa smt unit60A).the name of the part is TFB2020T.I think it's somekind of microcotroller,it has 28 pins and controlls the gate on a triac.does anybody knows a substitute for it?thank's in advance!

 

If you Google "TFB2020T datasheet" and nothing obvious shows up then it is probably a custom part with an in-house OEM marking. You can contact the company that made the base, but don't expect much in the way of cooperation.

Seems fancy for a soldering Iron, maybe have to write a picmicro to do the job.

 

I found the same pic on google,and the guy who drew this said that even he didn't found a replacement part and he had to find a GES substitute.I'm not sure what he meant by that...
