Hello. I am finding very little to no information on how to actually implement DALI lightning control using a microcontroller. I dont have to worry about the ballast and the receiver side of DALI bus - I only need to build and program 2 data lines for dali bus most commonly referred to (DALI1 and DALI2).

I have an access to 18V supply which I will be using for DALI logic but as far as I am aware, I need to control the data lines using GPIO pins of microcontroller? I could not find any relevant examples though.
Any ideas or advice ?

Just like you, I am now starting to develop a DALI master device and would like to use STM32 in my project.
Were you able to complete your project?
