I have to order the parts I need. They should be in tomorrow or wednesdaywell !
How are u doing.
what output transistors should I use (so I can go ahead and order them too).I have to order the parts I need. They should be in tomorrow or wednesday
I found the NTE331 and the D44H11 so farReplacement is BD243B.
But this is old. Try to get a recent one tht matches the data.
By the way, u shud replace all the capacitors while u are at it. The power amp and the preamp.
Or u could find a transistor u like
btw, im only 14 so i aint got much anyway
Getting an early start, I like that Best of luck to you!Good god, ur 14 ?
Ummmm, okay then.U have to compromise mate
Good god, ur 14 ?
If the outputs are good, then keep 'em.
Maybe, because I did notice that the speaker cone got pulled in when this happened. If Q706 was shorted and the resistors in its emitter and collector circuit damaged, then the emitter of Q901 likely had a very high negative voltage applied to it, which would have stressed it.
Very high voltage came from where ?If Q706 was shorted and the resistors in its emitter and collector circuit damaged, then the emitter of Q901 likely had a very high negative voltage applied to it, which would have stressed it.
Yes I have those as wellPut them where they belong in order.
What about the 22 ohm ones?
Speaker will pull in or out when ever DC is applied, it does not need to be high voltage.Maybe, because I did notice that the speaker cone got pulled in when this happened.
Yeah i kno. I just assumed because he stated negative voltage, but it deffinetly wasnt high voltageSpeaker will pull in or out when ever DC is applied, it does not need to be high voltage.
When ever there is a fault in an amp, DC will be available at the speaker terminals.
How pathetic is that? My jelly bean Samsung Convoy uploads pictures, and came with the USB cable for doing it.I couldnt find a schematic, and my iphone wont let me upload any pictures.
