I believe humans will never live on Mars (in the civilizational sense). But I like the doing just for the sake of doing. Especially when it's private money (and lives) at risk.

Edit: and we will learn a lot from the failure of humans attempting to live on Mars.

We will NEVER build on Mars:

And if we did, it would be in the Bible from a previous iteration of Man (yes, look in 1 & 2 Kings)- There is a reason it says there is "Nothing New Under the Sun." It has ALL been done before, countless times.

Ever look at the moon and wonder why the side facing Earth is blackened? Yet, the backside is a clean, dimpled, white golf-ball in appearance. Seems to me, there is proof there that we make it as far as the Moon, and at some point, have a nuclear exchange between Earth & Moon.

Cosmonaut removed from SpaceX's Crew 12 mission for violating national security rules
"The cosmonaut allegedly photographed SpaceX documentation and then 'used his phone' to export classified information," The Insider wrote (in Russian; translation by Google), citing the work of launch analyst Gregory Trishkin.

"My contacts confirm that a violation occurred and an interdepartmental investigation has been launched," Trishkin told The Insider. "Removing someone from a mission two and a half months before the mission without a clear explanation is more of an indirect sign, but it's indicative. It's very difficult to imagine a situation in which an experienced cosmonaut could inadvertently commit such a gross violation."
