How to generate a spike signal for duration of 50ms & the amplitude of 35 volts by giving a trigger to the circuit..

What is going to trigger the trigger? … Is it a push button switch or another circuit at predefined condition?

Why you need 35 V as amplitude of the trigging spike? Is it the Vcc in your circuit so that you required circuit should work in this voltage?

What is the max current that this spike should supply?

What is the slope? Is the spike supposed to be symmetrical? Or are you really looking for a 50 ms duration pulse? Voltage spikes are typically accidental. A repetitive triggered voltage waveform is usually referred to as a pulse.
