Hi, I am doing a design group project that will determine an appropriate fan speed based on ambient temperature. I have to design a circuit for the speed reference unit. I did the block diagram but I need help with designing the preliminary circuit diagram.

I can't understand the relationships on your block diagram, or the text description for that matter. You seem to use two different names for the "speed reference unit" and it has no output, only an input.
