From how far away do these sparks need to be visible?
High voltage low current sparks tend to be faint.
A low voltage high current spark is going to be more visible. Perhaps a large capacitance charged to 12V and then shorted to make a spark?

Could you use the flash of a LED to simulate a spark?

 

How to insulate the fingers then??
And how to safe them from thermal impact when plasma ignites?
Better to simulate.

 

They dont need to be seen from far away it will be dark when used and iam thinking more like a sparkler spark so it is seen when it happens l have a leather glove to attach it all to but it needs to be safe and not potentially start fires and multiple uses need to come of it

 

Explore disemboweling and using the guts of an "Atomic lighter" Perhaps fit inside a syringe.
