I am the THREAD STARTER!!
Without my permission, someone changed the TITLE of this thread.

From "Amplifier runs very warm at low power (what class is it?)"

to:

"Hitachi HA3700/4700 Amplifier runs very warm at low power (what class is it?)"

When someone replies to a thread, they are alerted via email. So I have this screen capture as proof of my original thread title.

I do not own a Hitachi HA3700.

Why was this done? And w/o notifying me?

But I don't own or have never used an HA3700, as I have noted. Because of your above above response, you have shifted the issue to one of pecking order and mistrust in this forum.
Would Kierkegaard have approved?

I've only mentioned the CORRECT title and mistakes with Mod title change a half a dozen times. Change it back to the original title. See first post.

Yes. And as I noted, I NEVER got a private message about the change. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

 

I once wrote a post with a witty title, and the mods changed it to something that was dull and factual.

You have already been advised that Administration or Moderation can edit your Thread Title without your permission, in line with the T&C's you agreed to, for acceptance of your membership application to AAC.

Again, I ask you to confirm the Model number/type of your amplifier and I will edit the Title.
