I think you have two choices:
  1. Adapt to using the room in minimal lighting conditions.
  2. Learn enough about how your house is actually wired to properly diagnose and fix the problem.

First thing: describe the type of light in the bathroom.
Have you tested the bulbs at another location?
How do you know that you are measuring at the correct breaker?

Inspect the wiring at any other switches or outlets on the same circuit by opening the boxes and checking connections. Sounds like a failed through-connection between the dead switch and the breaker. Be careful and turn the breaker off when looking around.

Yea the reason I'm on hear is to get help on learning what I should check next so I don't have to use the room with no lights but thanks for the advice

The hot line may be jumped from another light+switch elsewhere and the junction there could have failed.

Failure is almost certainly at a junction or splice in the circuit between the breaker and the switch.

Tripping the breaker off and seeing which lights no longer work should show you where to investigate.

Yes I have changed the bulbs, and I know it's the right breaker because when I turn it off I get no power at all

Are you sure it's the correct breaker for the bathroom lights? If the wiring is the problem how would you know which breaker to check unless its correctly labeled or nothing else in the house is affected when that breaker is Off.

There are no ground wires going to the switch they are twisted together inside the box I just test fron hot to ground and in getting 120 volts but hot to neutral I'm getting 4 volts
