Can I use adaptor Instead of battery ?
If battery stores electricity and powers.then what about adaptor it too powers the load.why can't we use?

Because the charge controller will try to charge the adaptor if you connect it to the "battery" terminals. That might result in your having to buy a new adaptor.

In general, a useful Peltier device requires a lot of current. Are you sure your solar cell and power supply can produce enough for your application?
