Well here is a question in my course notes which I have no idea on how to answer -

In a transistor at switch off, I falls from 50A to zero in 1.5us. At turn off the voltage across the transistor rises to 200V in 0.8us. Determine the value of the capacitor in the snubber network which will delay the rise time by 0.2us.

I am completely confused on what to do or even how to derive a formula. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Something along the lines of what value capacitor would take 0.2uS to charge to 200V with a 50A charge current?
