Can CBB or high voltage MLCC capacitors be high voltage snubbers for peak currents of 80Amps 8uS durations in a zero volt switching circuit?img.png

As long as the voltage across the electrodes does not punch through the dielectric. Read the datasheet very carefully, 2KV would be an extraordinary rating for such a capacitor and the voltages in your circuit will most certainly exceed that. You may have to scavenge some ancient ceramic disc capacitors, or some orange drop units.
