In Panasonic CM402-L pick and place machine,table 4 x and y axis movements are error...may I know solutions please.

Call Panasonic Technical Support. Anything you try to do yourself runs the risk of making things worse. But hey, it's your equipment so you do whatever you think is best for your situation.
