I have a smps power supply and the green wire somehow was cut off from the power supply's pcb. Could u please help with where i have to connect the green wire on the pcb

The green wire is the Ps On wire, which usually goes to pin 1 on the SG series chips, post a picture of your PCB..

I did search for the ps on on the board but after alot of searching i still couldn't find it.

 

Pics of the pcb and the smps. It appears to have been made in 1993 and doesn't have have the standard 12 pin arrangement. And its from a company called CSI though its branded intex.

Then what else could be the green wire or something that plays its role. It was green until i stripped it to try and connect it to the black one

What are the IC's present in that PSU? Look for a 8 or more pins IC.
