I am fixing a QLED Samsung TV that won’t turn on and won’t even have the red standby light turn on when plugged in. So I heard I need to check for the correct standby voltage on the power supply board. Should it be -3.3 or -5? Also how do I find the service manual for this TV?

 

It can be very difficult to find a service manual. Sometimes the best you can do is a similar model or series of models, and that always leaves you guessing about how your own model may be different. Still, it's far better than nothing so open up your search parameters if you can't find an exact match.
